Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are made to order, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

All of our products are custom-made once an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Please ensure that you review product descriptions, sizing charts, and shipping details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once we review the information, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a resolution where applicable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Unforeseen courier delays

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
