All orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Because our products are custom-made, production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
During peak seasons or high demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered. Customers will see the exact shipping cost before completing their purchase.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Address

Lost or Stolen Packages
